Bad-Tempered Girlfriend Starts Schism in Family, Protected By Passive Parents

This manipulative girlfriend did everything she possibly could to keep her boyfriend away from his family. She started fights with her partner's brother and his wife and tried to force other members of the family to pick a side. Her boyfriend's parents were too passive to do anything about it but this brother has had enough and is determined for everyone to know the truth.

His parents are mad at him for letting everyone know what a bad girlfriend his brother's girlfriend is and he's wondering if what he has done is out of line.

Commenters have been been in full support of his actions and have pointed out that the girlfriend is potentially abusive and trying to cut her boyfriend off from his family to exercise full control.
